30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Special order items are not eligible for returns

Re-stocking fees:

  • There are no re-stocking fees on standard in-stock items

  • Re-stocking fees apply to special orders and non-stock items

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  1. Contact us at 1-800-268-7432 to initiate a return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • Some products, like special orders, are not eligible for returns.  You will be advised at the time of order if an item is not eligible for return.
