This Arm Restraint Gear is a newer-style part for Rotary 2-post lifts, featuring angled teeth for smoother engagement and enhanced durability.

This Genuine OEM gear is part of the arm locking mechanism that ensures the lift arms stay securely in position during operation.

This gear has angled triangular teeth and only mates properly with the same style of pawl.  If your gear has squared teeth, it’s the older (discontinued) FJ7750 and you have to upgrade to the triangular gear shown on this page, and update your pawl as well.
