Wheel replacement kit used on many Rotary Lift Rolling Bridge Jacks including some models of the RJ4500, RJ4501, RJ6000, RJ15, RJ7100Y, RJ6100Y, and RJ9100Y.

This kit includes enough parts to repair one end of a bridge jack and may also be referred to as part #030K01.
