GM Truck Adapter Kit (Set of 2) for Rotary 12K Lifts & AV Arms (FJ6258KIT)

This is a Rotary adapter kit designed specifically for 12,000 lb. capacity lifts with 3-stage and AV arms (2″ pin size).  Engineered for 2019+ GM trucks, these 7″ wide frame-engaging adapters improve lifting reach and vehicle compatibility, ensuring a safe and secure lift point for larger trucks and SUVs.

This kit includes two FJ6249 adapters – they are only required on the front arms.  Standard truck adapters can be used on the rear arms.
