This is a Heavy-Duty OEM Lift Arm Adapter for Forward 2-post lifts, fits specific models like the F10/DP10 (400 series only), and I10 (100 and 400 series).   This adapter has a 1-1/2″ pin size and is designed for Forward Lift branded hoists.

This adapter is compatible with stackable height extensions and is designed to accept rubber pad 994105 (4 pack). Built for strength and durability, it allows precise contact adjustment when lifting larger vehicles such as trucks and vans.

This adapter has a 38.1mm diameter pin size (1-1/2″), height of the pin is 1-3/16″, and the overall pin height + step height is 1-11/16″.  Some manuals also refer to this adapter as “TP10-3000”
