The Corghi Nylon M/D Head Winged Plastic Head is a durable replacement insert designed to protect alloy wheels during tire mounting and demounting. Made from high-strength nylon, it fits winged-style plastic heads and helps reduce rim damage.

This style of head fits many Corghi tire changers including the A9824TI-DV.  This part may also be referred to as JRP70327.
