This is the older-style Power Side Lock Release Cover used on Challenger/Hofmann/Wheeltronic 2-post lifts. This durable plastic cover protects the lock release mechanism on the power column (generally the passenger side) from dirt, debris, and physical damage. It is designed to fit models using the original lock release setup prior to the updated cover design which has a CH suffix on the part #.

This is a direct replacement part for Challenger # X10-013.
