Rotary Lift OEM Single Round Adapter (RA) – fits above ground hoists with 3-stage arms.  This adapter has a 2″ pin and is part of the FJ6225 kit – a replacement o-ring is also available.

If your adapter looks similar to this one and also has a 2″ pin, but doesn’t have an o-ring, it might be the FJ6281 for AV arms.
