This kit of four Genuine OEM heavy-duty square rubber lift pads is designed for 10,000 LB and 12,000 LB capacity Rotary lifts with TA (Truck Adapter) style adapters, including the SPOA10-TA, and SPO12-TA. These durable pads provide excellent grip and cushioning to protect vehicle frames during lifting.

This kit includes four FJ6158-4 Rubber Pads, and 16 of #40094 screws for securing the pad to the adapter.  The updated OEM part # for this kit it FJ6213B.
