Nylon sheave (pulley) for Rotary and Forward 2-Post 10K Lifts (upper AND lower) – fits many models including the SPOA10, SPO10, A10i, DP10, F10, i10, ATO77, etc.  This sheave has a 3-1/2″ outer diameter, and a 3/4″ inner diameter measured at the bearing.

You might also require a Truarc snap ring to secure this sheave to the sheave shaft.

What does it do? As the hydraulic cylinder raises one carriage, the equalizer cables travel around the sheaves to keep both carriages moving together and staying level. The sheaves reduce friction and keep the cables properly aligned.  A worn, seized, cracked, or misaligned sheave can cause:

• Uneven carriage movement
• Cable wear or fraying
• Squeaking or grinding
• The lift to rise or lower unevenly
• The cable to jump out of its proper path

The sheave does not normally lift the vehicle by itself. It redirects and guides the equalization cable system.
