Geniune Rotary Lift Sheave spacer for 100/200 series ARO14 & SMO14 4-Post hoists.  Spacer is made of plastic/nylon or UHMW and sits on top of and below the cable sheave.  Other versions of this hoist model use a different spacer (S130192).  This spacer is also found on Forward CRO14 & OR14 4-Post models.
