Kit of four 12,000 lbs. capacity truck adapters that thread-up to allow protection of the vehicle underbody for no metal to metal contact. Fits Rotary Lift above-ground hoists with 3-Stage arms and can be used with stackable extensions.

Kit includes four adapters with a 2″ pin size, and two mounting racks with hardware.  You can also purchase a single adapter, or a replacement o-ring for this item.
