Kit of four Rotary Lift OEM Round Adapters (RA) with Rack – fits 10k/12k above ground hoists with 3-stage arms including the SPO10 and SPO12.  This adapter has a 2″ pin – a replacement o-ring is also available.

You can also purchase a single adapter instead of the kit.
