The Rotary Lift N119-1 / N119-1B sheave cover is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to protect the lower lift cable sheave from debris and accidental contact.  It’s secured to the hoist with a single screw.

This cover fits various 2-Post hoists including Rotary Lift models A10i / SPOA10 / SPO10 / SPO12 / SPOA7 / SPOA9 / SPOA82 / TLO7, Forward Lift F10 / I10, and Direct Lift DL9.
